As part of our Personal Development Programme, The Pledge, Year 11 students recently took part in a series of mock interviews designed to prepare them for their next steps after school.
The event provided students with a valuable opportunity to experience a realistic interview setting, helping them develop the confidence, communication skills and professionalism needed for college applications, apprenticeships and future employment. Students were asked to discuss their strengths, achievements and aspirations, as well as their plans for life after Year 11.
We were incredibly proud of the progress our students demonstrated throughout the day. Many showed significant growth in their confidence and ability to speak clearly about their future ambitions. The feedback from interviewers was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the maturity, enthusiasm and preparation displayed by our students.
